Also used as primary builder of subagentcode.com and as an advisor reviewing subagentprompts.com pre-deploy (Sonnet-main/Fable-5-advisor pairing per code.claude.com/docs/en/advisor.md).

Export-control-restricted 2026-06-12 -> 2026-06-30; access broadly restored 2026-07-01 (verified live via anthropic.com/news/redeploying-fable-5, not assumed). Adaptive-thinking-only (no manual thinking.budget_tokens); takes an effort param (low/medium/high/xhigh/max). Prefill NOT supported.
